BANANA BREAD
1 cube Butter, softened
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
Dash of Nutmeg
3 Ripe Bananas, smashed
3 tsp. Baking Powder
2 cups Flour
Pre-heat oven to 325°. Cream together butter and sugar. Add to mixture eggs, vanilla and nutmeg. Mix until creamy. Add smashed bananas. Mix in baking powder and flour. Bake in a greased loaf pan for 45 minutes or until center is done.
So that's it! After 4 batches of batter I ended up with 12 mini-loafs and 2 large loafs. What the heck am I suppose to do with all this bread now? You know, I don't know why I always do this. Instead of throwing away the $5 bunch, I end up using $10 in ingredients and have more bread then if I just settled with throwing away the bananas. Ugh!
