Weekly Weigh In #28

Lost .6 pounds

For a total loss of 40.2 pounds

My goal? To loose 81 pounds... that's 40.8 more to go!


Achievement of the week: On Thursday morning I took some friends to the airport. When I got home I did not want to workout even though I had almost an hour to kill before getting ready for work. I forced myself up and swam over 40 laps in the pool. It was more exhilarating than any stint of shuteye or an hour date with the TV.

Struggle of the week: It was my baby bro's birthday on Wednesday (Happy Birthday Jimmy). Ate a HUGE piece of store bought cake. It wasn't even that good but I ate it anyway.

On a side note, I weigh 11 pounds lighter then the day I got married.
