Weekly Weigh In #29


Gained .8 pounds

For a total loss of 39.4 pounds

My goal? To loose 81 pounds... that's 41.6 more to go!

Achievement of the week: Read yesterday's post. I got up this morning and ran again even though I still tried to give excuses.

Struggle of the week: Hubby craved ice cream and brought home 3 cartons. I ate one. I also ate a packaged blueberry muffin that wasn't even good. Ran the numbers... 8 points! Found out about the 8 points AFTER I ate it. I've been on program for 29 weeks. You'd think I know better by now!!
