Weekly Weigh In #30


Lost 2.2 pounds

For a total loss of 41.6 pounds

My goal? To loose 81 pounds... that's 39.4 more to go!

Achievement of the week: We switched our Weigh In days from Thursdays to Mondays (yes, this post is 2 days late). I lost 2.2 pounds in 4 days!! It's all because I tracked. Imagine that? Tracking actually works!

Struggle of the week: Went to Chili's for lunch on Sunday after church. People we went with got a molten chocolate lava cake. I took 2 giant bites. It was scrumptious.
