Lost 3.4 pounds

For a total loss of 42.6 pounds

My goal? To loose 81 pounds... that's 38.4 more to go!


Achievement of the week: Once again, it came down to tracking my food and points. 9 times out of 10, if I gain, it's because I'm not tracking the way I'm suppose to.

Struggle of the week: My mom made a mountain of cheese enchiladas. I went back for seconds.
