Weekly Weigh In #35

Lost 1.8 pounds

For a total loss of 43.2 pounds

My goal? To loose 81 pounds... that's 37.8 more to go!


Achievement of the week: Managed to climb Cowels Mountain twice which I believe, is the ONLY reason I actually lost this week (please refer to 'Struggle of the Week').

Struggle of the week: Ate 2 greasy divine donuts, one and a half blueberry scones that Vicki brought into the office, a GIANT piece of pizza at the Lynard Skynard concert (which ROCKED), a whole box of malt balls and coughbrewskiscough. Horrible. After looking at that list I am now convinced it was Cowels that saved the day.
