Alligators in the Sewer

Alligators in the Sewer, originally uploaded by A!ison.

While we waited for our real estate agent to open our new house for us once more before leaving Florida, my goofy husband let me snap this of him.

I have to tell you that my husband is a pretty even keeled guy. He doesn't over animate himself. He's almost never mad, giddy, sad, angry, happy, frustrated or intolerant. He's a happy person just exudes a quiet disposition. EXCEPT when it comes to humor. He makes me laugh all the time with his crazy, sometimes dry sense of humor. He will do or say something that cracks me up and I'll always try and get him to do it again. He almost always obliges. This picture is proof of that.

We were let in to the house and I took a ton of pictures for our mom's. Got a good feel of the layout too. We saw so many houses that they all started running together.

About 30 minutes later we experienced our first Florida downpour. Drops the size of a small apple when they hit the windshield. It was around 90 degrees before the rain then dropped to 78 after. The weather has really been surprisingly pleasant. I know the summers are going to be horrible but the rest of the year I think I'm going to enjoy.

We are still suffering from jetlag. We cannot seem to get enough sleep. Neither of us is sleeping well even when we are finally able to fall asleep. It's safe to say that we are completely exhausted. I think we are going to need an entire day to recoup when we return home.

Heading to Jacksonville tomorrow morning. Spending the night with my inlaws then catching our flight Sunday afternoon. I'm ready to go home.
