Furniture and Storms

Furniture and Storms, originally uploaded by A!ison.

This is my mother-in-law posing with this decroded piece of crap we brought clear across the country for her. See, her son, my brother-in-law, has been storing this for her since she left California so we thought sticking it in the midst of all our crap for the movers would be a good idea. The problem is when we went to pick it up from my BIL, it was thrashed! Broken drawers, broken glass, scratched wood. But it didn't matter, she still wanted it.

So today Special K and I took a road trip to Jacksonville to finally be rid of this heap.

Had a lovely lunch then Special K and his mom went to the movies while me and my pops-in-law went home and took a nap in front of the baseball game.

As we headed home we got a light show the whole way south. It stormed pretty bad in JAX too and discovered that my truck sprung a leak in the backseat moulding. :( The lightening was pretty awesome in the dark sky though.

We also listened to ECW's Bon Jovi on the way home. We worshiped God and missed Bon Jovi and his wife all at the same time.

Can you believe today is the last day in July? I can't believe we've made it through 7 months of Project 365. That's posting here everyday for about 210 days strait!! Crazy!

My Grandma loved her things..her memories were connected to them and I think she felt if she got rid of some of them then the memory left with it. The weather over there is fierce and it isn't even hurricane season right? Thx for showing me the project 365..I am having a blast doing it!

It was really great to hear from you. ECW is just not the same without you two. Can't wait to see your hair!
