KSC Pt. III, originally uploaded by A!ison.

Went to the Kennedy Space Center today with Special K, my lil' bro and our favorite neighbors mo.honey and T.$.

First let me say that it was flawless weather. A nice 84 (I'm guessing) with a strong cool breeze. It could no have been any more perfect.

Out of all the pictures I took today, this one is my very favorite. Makes me smile. The guys were just being goofs and it sums up the day for me.

The highlight for me actually had nothing to with space. On our bus ride back to KSC, we saw a BIG gator resting on the grass taking in a few rays. It was the first big wild gator I've seen since living here. We saw a small one a half a mile back doing the same thing but he was just a little guy. And we saw a small one floating in a pond on our last visit to KSC but this last one was a bigin. It was very exciting!

I think my lil' bro enjoyed the old school stuff like the Apollo and anything to do with the Mercury missions. There was so much to see that we did not make it to the IMAX movie. Oh well.

After KSC, all of us came back to our house and had a giant 30 inch pizza. We watched Roadhouse and laughed the evening away.

Wish all days were like today.

Glad to see you back up and running...I missed your clever post and pics...Remember, it's okay to have a pity party once in a while, in front of a mirror is always fun..."hello real world" xo

As I wait for my 2 1/2 hour-delayed flight at what feels like midnight but is only 9pmPT, trying not to pass out, I loaded up my fav blog to keep me company and this post's photo CRACKED me up at the airport! :) :) :)
