Florida is a breeding ground for geckos. They are fast, they jump and when you walk up to our front door you can see 3-5 scatter to the shrubs. This morning, one greeted me at my bedroom door. Yes, INSIDE the house. When I yelled for Special K, the little insurance spokesman ran for our fake plant in the corner of the dining room.
Logically, Special K moved the plant outdoors. We couldn't find the little guy anywhere in that mess of a plant. Lots of hiding places y'know. But now we have a problem.... when do we bring the plant back indoors? Did the gecko rally his friends to join him? Did the gecko even vacate the plant? What other kind of wild life will find our plant cozy?
