Christmas Apron

Christmas Apron, originally uploaded by A!ison.
Today is the first day of December and the mark of the last month of Project 365. I've posted a picture a day for the past 11 months! Dang. It's become such a big part of my life that to not do it anymore seems so foreign.

How fitting that on the first day of December I post a picture of my newest creation, the Christmas apron. You can see the detail here on Etsy. My Grandma and I sewed most of the day and we were able to knock out TWO of these aprons! This is by far my most time-consuming apron but equally so most favorite. I love the ruffles on the bottom. It's like an adult-appropriate tutu which who doesn't like wearing a frilly tutu?

Anyway, I was glad to sew with Grandma. She talked and talked while I stitched. It was a perfect combination.

@Rollerscrapper Thanks and as much as I would love to take credit... it was in the pattern. =) It does make for a nice little piece of detail.
